“Super fast P&P at a reasonable price. Eco friendly packaging - my stuff just fit in the box. Take note certain other large retailer. Free sweeties. Brilliant choice of stuff. Firebox is my go-to for gifts and that won't change any time soon.”

“The service from Firebox is generally good. However I bought a Mystery Gift box as a present for a 13 year old girl. The contents of the gift box are inappropriate for a child and considered boring! While for an adult the gift would/ may be of interest. My recommendation for the mystery box is for Firebox to provide an age guideline - this would avoid the situation that I find myself in where I will now need to purchase a 2nd gift to avoid the child being disappointed at Xmas - so instead of sticking to my budget of £35 I will end up spending £60, not happy.”

“Such unusual and mental gifts. Complete bunch of nutters and I love it. If you like to buy gifts that are a little "off the wall", Firebox is for you. Not for everyone, as their slogan says. But definitely for me.”
