“The products are always original and good quality. Always arrives very quickly. Don't know how good after sales is like as I've never had to use it! Got to say, I can't see it being other than excellent! Pleasure to do business with these guys!”

“The Products are one of a kind and of high quality. Great CS! Even though I had to return one of the items (I live across the pond) as shipping and Tarrifs were way to steep. Communication with staff was immediate via email and I truly felt I was a valued customer. No hassles at all. If our Presidents continue to act as they do I am voting that the Queen take us back over (Hopefully tariffs will then go away) and I can purchase the higher end items that only Firebox carries. Highly recommend any purchase as the website is super easy to navigate and when calling I actually spoke with a live human (I think).”

“After a monumental lapse of concentration (forgot to fill in the road of my address with order details), I was expecting to never the see the Unicorn I had ordered. I need to see a Unicorn at least once in my life. It arrived safely via Yodel a day or so later....I am very impressed indeed with the service of Firebox and Yodel.”

“Found the site. Laughed until a little bit of wee came out. Ordered items of amusement and general tomfoolery; which arrived before I could say ‘That’s mother’s Christmas presents sorted’. I recommend you go to the site with time on your hands and waterproof pants on. Order, don’t order, it matters not as your life will have improved either way.”

“Great website very user friendly and makes you smile as you shop for cool and funky stuff that make unusual awesome gifts ordered Friday afternoon after a friends recommendation of the site. Saturday morning, YES the very next day my free delivery arrived, yes the very next day, not only was that pretty impressive but FIREBOX include random little sweets in your package which again makes you smile. FORGET THE OTHER SITES THIS IS THE ONLY ONE YOU NEED”
