I usually love firebox but my last order was promised to be delivered before Christmas and it wasn’t. Firebox did refund my delivery but they weren’t that helpful, considering they promised my present would arrive before Christmas and it was useless after that. I understand Christmas is busy but it also took them a long time to reply despite me trying WhatsApp, commenting on Instagram emailing. As I said, I usually love firebox but i was really disappointed this time around.

I received everything on or before the due date. I was very impressed. I was a little bit anxious to order as I've never really used it before. So I was very happy it all went smoothly and everything was actually quite good quality.

The item was as expected, however I ordered it at the beginning of December for a Christmas present. Thought I had ordered early enough for delivery before Christmas yet the item arrived a week after. Obviously didn’t have a present for my partner at Christmas as a result and won’t be ordering any presents from here again as delivery to Norway is too unpredictable.

We looked into the order and can see that the chosen delivery method was International Airmail Untracked which unfortunately can take up to 20 working days if there are any delays or hold ups at customs. I really like the products offered but the packaging was horrible. None of my items were tightly packaged and when my box got to me, it was almost about to break. I purchased a small lamp and the box was broken and damaged. I paid $20 for fast shipping and thought that the company would put more time and effort in packaging their items. Not too happy about this experience as I have purchased from Firebox before and this has never happened before. Please fix your packaging.

The product was not appropriate, I had ordered it despite the warning, and I returned it and was refunded.

Hadn’t ordered from Firebox for a few years, but always had great service in the past. Ordered a Black Box mystery box at Christmas which was fantastic value. Will definitely buy another this year.

After my original review I got my refund for missing product. Still totally disappointing that that 1 xmas gift out of 3 was missing from the parcel despite packing slip saying it had bern included, really messed me up for xmas stocking fillers. Still will never use this company again as cant be relied upon.

I bought this for my husband for a Christmas present and it was hilarious! I meant it for a fun gift, which it was! The only downside (and the only reason I didn’t mark it as a 5) is that it doesn’t work very well and I hoped it would. A little water dribbled out but I had hoped for more.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed by my experience with Firebox. I had identified a product online, advertised as £9.99 with a direct link to the page to purchase. When I got to the page, the price was now over £10.99 which was the first issue (Albeit not a massive one) and then I had opted to pay delivery and have the item "crapwrapped". I did not see anything that would advise that the "crapwrap" would be covered in Firebox branding, therefor giving the recipient the ability to look at how much this gift cost, which again, isn't ideal. I probably won't use Firebox again.

Horrendous. Each time I order, something goes wrong. Wrong items, parcel lost etc. Customer services takes ages to respond and doesn’t really seem to care. Never ordering again.
