“I ordered a mystery box for my nephew for Christmas. I searched firebox website for suitable gifts for teenage boys up to 16 and this was recommended. The box contained an item which I don’t think was suitable CBD Xmas pudding.”

“The product I purchased originally was out of stock, but true to their work as soon as it came back into stock it was dispatched to me and I’m very happy with the quality of the product and the service I received”

“In 2019 I tried to do all of my Christmas shopping online . Firebox has great selection of quirky, unusual and interesting items and I can always find gifts for my family and friends on this site. Is it easy to browse, choose and pay. Shipping and packing is always swift and everything arrived in time for Christmas. .”

“I’ve only ordered a couple of times from Firebox but have always had good service. I had to return an item in my last order due to it being a duplicate Christmas present. There was a long wait for a reply to my email as I thought I needed a returns number. Firebox still allowed me to return the item even though it was out of the returns date due to the long wait for a reply to my email. Fantastic customer service.”

“My first experience with Firebox was pretty bad as i didn't receive the 2 items I ordered, that were supposed to be 2 presents for Christmas, but then the after sale service has been very fair and efficient, what I very appreciated, so I give a 5 stars for that”
