“i love fire bix products! I recently ordered a cup that arrived with a chip. I sent an email about it and their customer care team immeditely got back to me and sent me a brand new one once it was back in stock. So impressed with their service xxx”

“The delivery was super speedy and with tracking. There was a slight issue with one of the items on arrival but customer service was excellent and a replacement sent out without any bother. Would thoroughly recommend purely on customer service alone.”

“Firebox always offers something different and every year I come back for another gift to purchase for Christmas. Over the years I have to say that the goods are always ‘out there’ and unique. I’ve never not came away with something. Have to admit though there is more of a trend towards what could be called offensive or rude things such as swearing or even genitals and even though it doesn’t bother me as such I worry that Firebox will go down this route more, effecting the class that they have. A couple of items I’ve bought haven’t been particularly great such as the mini record player and the mystery box but other things have been fantastic. Keep up the good work Firebox and keep up the Packer of sweets too!”
