“The Mushion was beyond expectations - so happy with it. However there was a deadline and I was very worried as I hadn’t had any dispatch details. There was no contact number and I emailed twice without a response. I eventually messaged through their Facebook page and received a very quick reply confirming dispatch with tracking. It would have been helpful if Firebox had an online chat function.”

“I ordered wrapping paper for my boyfriends 30th 2 weeks ago, I never received an email to say it had shipped so I have chased via email and comments box on their website and received no response, I then sent them two messages on Instagram and these were ignored. I then commented on a recent photo they had posted asking if somebody could please respond to my emails/ messages and they blocked me. It wasn't a rude message! It was really expensive so am quite upset that it hasn't come and the customer service has been so bad. I've no idea how to even begin to get a refund now either as there is no response from anyone.”

“Great products, hilarious range, perfect for gifts, good-humoured, prompt dispatch, well-packaged, and then... eye-watering extra costs for delivering to the EU. Very negative aftertaste when you're forced to pay the Courier Service an additional 3-digit fee for Customs Clearance. Fine if you're in the UK. NOT FOR OUTSIDE THE UK.”
