The Mushion was beyond expectations - so happy with it. However there was a deadline and I was very worried as I hadn’t had any dispatch details. There was no contact number and I emailed twice without a response. I eventually messaged through their Facebook page and received a very quick reply confirming dispatch with tracking. It would have been helpful if Firebox had an online chat function.
