“Actual dealings with the company and their website was good. However they use Yodel who were only just better than useless in their delivery.”

“I ordered two presents from firebox and got them "crapwrapped" unfortunately they were a bit too well crapwrapped, and I didn't feel I got my money's worth for what arrived. After some hilarious customer service and sending them a pic of what arrived I got a full refund for it. This was probably the most efficient customer service I have received off a company and restored all faith in using fire box again. I would highly recommend them and their customer service team particularly deserve praise.”

“Good company, great service and product. Let down a weeny bit by their slightly cocky slightly overfamiliar style of writing directly to the customer. Makes you wonder if you'll actually see your order arrive. Having said that, the language is fine once you know they're genuine. Good company. Would definitely buy from them again. Good luck to them and their style of selling.”

“I think FireBox is a fantastic company and I highly recommend it to all my friends. I work for a company called Doddle and I believe we could help you improve the customer experience of receiving the parcel. We're a customer facing business dedicated to Pick Up and Drop Off activity. We work with retailers and couriers so that a retailer's customers can order online and have their parcel delivered to our store. The customer then visits our store to collect their parcel at a convenient time. We also have a returns service, in which people can bring in their returns and we forward them to the retailer with no hassle for the customer or the retailer. “This is a very quirky and fun website with a wide variety of novel gift ideas. It is worth ordering a product from them just to receive the fun and very witty despatch emails etc. These will make even the grumpiest shopper smile. Overall 5 stars”

“I very rarely write reviews so when I do it's because I feel compelled to! The goods that I bought from Firebox arrived in very good time, were excellently packaged so everything arrived in one piece and I thoroughly enjoyed the humorous emails that proceeded and followed my delivery! I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to buy individual, well made gifts, thank you Firebox, brilliant service!!”
