“The pigeon mask is great but oh the terrible smell from the plastic of which it is made. It pervades everything and totally corrupts my nostrils. Will only be able to wear it for a few minutes over Christmas. Have you tried it ?.”

“Order arrived very promptly and as described. Packaging only niggle - large box plus layers of bubble wrap to post two bars of chocolate! Otherwise good.”

“Bought 3 Instagram posters for my nieces. So easy to use the website to create the posters and they are absolutely gorgeous and much better than I expected. Arrived really quickly and brilliantly packaged. Heartily recommend. Great value for money and enjoyed the free delivery on orders over £60.”

“The freak mask is a great idea, I uploaded a picture of my girlfriends dog and waited for the results to turn up. Which was rubbish! The face was printed far too small. Wish I hadn't bothered. Should of been able to preview the size and crop appropriately.”

“It was delivered on time and in good packaging to avoid damage. Seems to be working wells and looks quite nice. It would have been better if they made them in different sizes. It would also be good to have a battery powered option to make it more portable. Overall satisfied!”

“The service from Firebox was great, unfortunately I can't say the same for Yodel who delivered the order, despite receiving an email to say my parcel had been delivered, it hadn't, I'd not been out, it turned out a parcel that needed to be signed for it was left in the shed of a neighbour who was out all day. :-/”

“This is my first experience of Firebox, having ordered the Walking Dead Monopoly set from their very professional looking spread in a national newspaper. I paid by credit card, received a confirmatory e-mail stating my order had been dispatched and with a Yodel tracking number on the 10th December. By the 18th of December I still had not received it, (having already been charged for the item) and contacted Yodel. They informed me that they had received the paperwork for my item, hence they had a tracking number, yet it appears that Firebox have not sent them the item for them to dispatch to me. So, Firebox have my money, I do not have my Monopoly set. As a first time customer, I am very disappointed and unless they can resolve this quickly, I will be a last time customer. On the basis of this experience, I would not recommend them to anyone. This of course may change, should I receive the product I ordered and paid for.”
