“The products on offer and unique, quirky and varied and it can inspire you buy something that you never knew you needed or buy a great gift for someone whether that would be Christmas or a birthday etc. The prices are reasonable and I haven't had an issue ordering from Firebox.”

“I've been waiting for two weeks to have my parcel delivered because Firebox left the first line of my address off the parcel. When I contacted them they just said Yodel was having a few delays. If Firebox spent 10 seconds looking at the tracking they would have identified the problem. Last time I buy from Firebox”

“Mug was fine, customer service was pretty shocking made worse by the delivery of the item failing spectacularly and a nice member of the public who lived half a mile away kindly bringing the parcel to me. NO follow up from Firebox either. Won't be returning as a customer”

“I have been a Firebox customer for awhile now and i must say they have never let me down, well so far! I live in the Channel islands so it is very difficult to get deliveries here on time but with Firebox i have never had that problem ,i am highly impressed with the company, also the sense of humour on these guys is just amazing ;) I never write reviews but i thought I'd make an effort with Firebox, Keep up the good work guys, keep doing what most companies aren't doing!”
