“I ordered a few different items as Christmas and birthday presents for family and friends. WGreat products, very reasonable prices and the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Overall an easy enjoyable shopping experience.”

“The products are very good. However I paid extra for their gift-wrapping service as I didn't want my friend to see what I had bought him. Unfortunately, they didn't provide this service, but they did charge me for it. I e-mailed them and they did refund me for the gift-wrapping. However, my friend has now seen his Christmas presents... which has kind of ruined our Christmas between us!”

“Now THIS is how to do shopping. When it comes to humorous gifts, the important thing is to be the first in your circle of friends/local chapter/prison deck to purchase it and I don't think anyone I know has come across the AWESOME hamster car I bought from Firebox. What's more, the whole buying experience was a hoot from start to finish to final feedback request. If your sense of humour is on the edge, like mine, buy something, anything, just to go through the process and give yourself a giggle. But the product was, seriously, mightily good too. Taking pleasurable purchasing up to 11.”

“I stumbled upon the Firebox website a couple of years ago and was intrigued with the range of unusual and unique items on offer. I have now ordered from them several times and recieved amazing products, excellent customer service and fast delivery. Have recommended to family and friends. “I love Firebox! I've shopped on here before many times for myself & gifts for several other people & I've always found something awesome! I was struggling to find my dad an accessory for his bike for christmas that was A. Cool enough for a guy like him and B. The right price.. two ticks of firebox & I was sorted! Double thumbs up! Plus I got a Lolly in the delivery box. Win win.”
