“I highly recommend this site. I have bought several items in the past and the tracking process is simple and easy to follow. Delivery was prompt and securely packaged. The humour given in responses/acknowledgements gives one a sense of an easy-going team without compromising the professionalism of the company. My item came undamaged and very happy with my purchase which is a gift for my god-son over 4000kms away. Can't wait to see his reaction!”

“Website a little slow but easy to navigate. However, there were issues with the delivery resulting in it not arriving as per timeframes. That said the issue was with the courier and not with Firebox, Firebox customer services dealt with the dissatisfaction professionally.”

“I'm still waiting for my sons birthday present, I paid next day delivery and it didn't arrive, then firebox refunded the delivery and I tracked the parcel to be told that delivery was attempted but no access to property which is rubbish as we have a huge drive that hasn't been blocked all day, there is a post office within 1 minute walk from my house so why would they not leave it there? So disappointing for my son who's birthday has now gone so this will now arrive far too late!”
