“I placed an order for a Rhino screen protector for an iphone 5c. i was emailed the conformation for the correct item but a protector for an iphone 6 was delivered.”

“Really good service, the shopping itself was easy enough as the website is straight forward. Plus the email notifications dos their usual job of informing, but the jokes and the messages were just really randomly funny. Plus, my package was delivered 2 days after I ordered it, far quicker and better than Amazon. No complaints or problems I can think of which is rare for Internet shopping.”

“Love Firebox! Their stuff is cool, well made and well priced; plus their emails always make me smile. In 5 years of orders I've had a problem, a broken bottle of sauce (such good sauce too!), and it was replaced immediately with no quibbles whatsoever and a good dose of friendly banter thrown in for good measure.”
