“I bought some crimbo gifts from the website. I have a few very awkward people to buy for so wanted to find something a bit different. I could have easily blown a month's wages on the site! Go there, look at stuff, buy stuff. Go on... right now... stop reading this guff.. get on with it!”

“Firebox themselves are great - products are good, site is great, and customer service is amazing. However, they use a courier company called swiftline who are lying, time-wasting charlatans. As long as this company remains the only delivery option, i will not be back to shop at Firebox.”

“I love Firebox so much. I've never had a problem and I'm a frequent buyer from here - they're my one stop shop for birthdays, Christmas, anniversaries and anything I might want to treat myself to. Delivery is always on time or early, The packaging is exactly the right size and not overdone or wasteful. And of the (must be) hundreds of things I've ordered - all have arrived in perfect condition. Really pleased, every time!”

“Such an amazing array of products that you never thought you needed. Once you get drawn into browsing through them you could be there for some time. Whenever I order from here I am always satisfied, never a disappointment. I especially love the touch of the little pack of jelly sweets in the bottom of the packaging!”
