“Large and varied selection of gift ideas. Delivery of my goods was really quick but what surprised me was the messaging / tracking. I was messaged at every stage to let me know where my parcel was. Outstanding service. If this is the normal level of I can expect service from Firebox.........WOW. Will recommend Firebox without hesitation.”

“Firebox is, frankly, one of the best companies I have ever bought from online. The help team are fast and reliable an actually helpful. Their prices are fair, but understandable considering you won't get what you buy from them at the corner shop. I hade some problems with a delivery recently due to a huge backlog with the courier service (yodel). Firebox where quick to fix all the issues and I received the package the day I alerted them. Something that's rare about firebox is that because they're genuinely nice: they're a company that you will actually be anxious to pay for your stuff In conclusions: Firebox is a brilliant company. I definitely recommend!”

“Word Search cussions. Good Idea, good quality. Very pleased. Pitty it has to be on just white fabric but then the letters show up best. Would have liked a list of words to search for on the back of the cussion but appart from that very cool present.”

“As a first time customer, I found the website extremely easy to use. An e-mail sent to me confirmed the goods were in transit and they arrived within a few days. [I wish all companies were as efficient] The goods were exactly as described and illustrated. My only minor complaint was that on one of the items that is intended for a present to a child, the label was missing.”

“It's nice to see a company in the physical goods space do such an all around good job from start to finish. Beautiful site, fun products, timely delivery and everything packed nicely in one very well designed box. After constantly being amazed at Amazon's planet killing packing decisions where everything comes in a different box, and all boxes being about 8 sizes to big, to finish of the experience with my entire order packed neatly and with care with a free bag of candy! Well done Firebox well done!”
