“I visited your Worthing Store this morning. I had a problem with my engagement ring. I received absolutely excellent advice from Fleur. I purchased a jewelery cleaner and two polishing cloths and am pleased to report that Fleurs excellent advice has worked. My ring is now clean and shiny and looking like new again. All discolouration has disappeared please pass on my thanks to Fleur. Excellent service received. One very happy customer. Thank you so much.”

“Amazing experience from Sarah at Wakefield. She was brilliant from start to finish, extremely attentive and communication was clear from the start. Helped me to find the wedding ring I wanted and to order the correct size. Would recommend going to F Hinds to anyone now after having a bad experience at another jewellers, as Sarah put my mind at rest and made it all a great experience for me.”

“Bought online. Very disappointed on this occasion (have had positive prior experiences). Purchased a watch. Arrived nicely packaged but not working and appeared not to have been checked. Returned to a store and sent back for replacement. Unfortunately replacement also not working and sent to store for my collection in very poor packaging. I have contacted customer services and will post review again based on their response.”
