Now run by the sixth generation of Hinds members, we have over 1,000 incredible staff across 118 stores and our Uxbridge HQ. They may not all share the Hinds name, but they’re all part of the family. And that family feel is what makes the service we offer you so personal.

“The staff have been absolutely amazing by helping me find what I’m looking for and letting me try things on before committing to buying. They also informed me about the ear piercing and gold cleaning services that I wasn’t aware of but was interested in. I’ll definitely be back in store to buy more soon!”

“As I have in the past I went straight to Hinds for watch batteries. The young man I met was very knowledgable and a pleasure to speak with. One watch needed batteries, which was done while I waited and the other was working and I hadn't realised. It has no sweep hand and I came to the wrong conclusion. Another lady helped and was also very pleasant. It was another enjoyable visit to Hinds.”

“We popped in a few weeks ago on the off chance you would have wedding rings we were looking for after struggling elsewhere. Wished we had come here sooner!! Staff have been AMAZING from trying on rings (the ones we wanted) and up dating us for collection. We collected on 13th June 2026 and again the staff could not do enough for us. I can now see why you have been in the quad in Dunstable for 60 years as your service is second to none”
