“The Sales Assistant who served us in our F. Hinds store was amazing. She offered advice and helped my Son take his time on selecting a ring, which would be his Christmas present. She allowed him time to try on and compare different styles that he would be comfortable with, while giving him the space without pressure to make a decision...he is Autistic and the difference her individual assistance gave made my Sons shopping experience that much easier and stress free.”

“I wandered by the Gloucester shop. Happened to see 2 rings I could not choose between, so I bought both. The assistant Rachel G could not have been nicer.
