“I purchased a rose on sat 18th April and sent it off for engraving which the lady ensured me it would be ready for Monday the 20th as it was a birthday present from my daughter to her mother, her birthday was the following day. It is now the 24th and I still haven't received anything or any notification to say its ready. My 8 year old daughter was extremely upset that she didn't have a present for her. I will be coming in for a refund and to tell the lady who served me that she's a liar and shouldn't dupe customers, she should of just said they couldn't do it in time and I could of got something else.”

“I visited your Worthing Store this morning. I had a problem with my engagement ring. I received absolutely excellent advice from Fleur. I purchased a jewelery cleaner and two polishing cloths and am pleased to report that Fleurs excellent advice has worked. My ring is now clean and shiny and looking like new again. All discolouration has disappeared please pass on my thanks to Fleur. Excellent service received. One very happy customer. Thank you so much.”
