“I wandered by the Gloucester shop. Happened to see 2 rings I could not choose between, so I bought both. The assistant Rachel G could not have been nicer. Nothing was too much trouble, she was very patient with me. Very polite and helpful. I shop a lot at F. Hinds for myself and family. Love the choice and prices of the jewellery. My first port of call always.”

“Our initial purchase was made at the York Outlet where we greeted and served by a lovely lady. After some issues with my husbands card we made the payment and was advised that we could pick up the ring in Doncaster, mych closer to us. Email was received as soon as able to pick up the ring. Very quick and efficient process where the ring was checked and boxed to leave. Both stores had very polite, efficient and friendly staff.”
