Purchased gold earring service/price average,at same time wanted new watch battery fitted .I was told would take 30 mins and to call back ludicrous or a 2 minute job!!

So disappointed as I bought earrings and lockable backs which are good but the earring rods are so short that they make my earlobes feel squashed and uncomfortable

Non-engaging staff member. Felt like I was a hindrance asking to look at what i ended up buying. One till in operation for the whole shop. Asked for bag, got told no as its only given for orders over £100...I asked if I could buy one, was told no. Sort it out! Won't be returning.

Very good welcoming and friendly Service. Massive shame about your understanding of surprise gifts to recipients! My 46th Wedding anniversary present was spoilt due to your quest for marketing "did we do well" email of which my read before the event. Very disappointed which should of been a happy moment! Please delete my personal information from your data base.

The watch was very good, and good value for the price, but the lady who served me, removed the tags from the watch which meant I am now having trouble registering the Guarantee, so thanks for that. Experienced staff should know not to remove tags, very bad show.

I asked for the heart shaped ones but she gave me the princess cut ones-i was in a lot of pain and on medication that slows my thinking so didn’t twig until i got home-how do i rectify this as i want the heart ones please

This order for a Seko watch was due to be collected from the Chelmley Wood store on November 1st 2023.I rang the store to see if the watch was ready for collection and was told it was not there and would not be delivered to the store until next week. I then contacted customer services to be told the watch was at the store after calling the store again I was told by the gentleman who previously answered the watch was there and he had made a mistake.During collection from the store the watch needed to be adjusted and after adjustment I was about to pay when I discovered there was no presentation box.I was told there was no box due to this watch was not normally stocked at the store.I refused to accept the watch without a box and then a Seiko box was found.The service on this occasion was not up to standard.

Over the years I have spent a lot of money in your stores. Platinum etc Yesterday I was unsure but purchased a pair of mini mouse earings for a 6 year old. The sales lady they were purple,I did not think so. Also bought the insurance. The six year old, never touched them, she didnt like themselves she wouldn't wear them they never came out of the box. I took them back this morning. The male pointed out they don't refund on earnings. I couldn't believe no one had pointed this out before I bought them. Yes It does say on the receipt,which he pointed out. Yes he was probably doing his job. Surely a bit of trust and thought might have gone a long way. Why did I purchase insurance as the lady had said if lost one or broken .I they could be returned and exchange ?? Needless to say. I will NOT be purchasing from you ever again. I would like to know WHY you are selling insurance when clearly it can't be used, ls this a matter for trading standards ? What refund I refer to the next question??

Initially we were kept waiting without the common courtesy of being told that "we will be right with you". Probably because I looked like a tramp( had my reasons why)and they probably thought I wasn't going to purchase anything. Once I pulled the card out and spent my money, suddenly I was worth waiting on. Wish people would not judge a book by its cover.....You live and learn. This is how I felt, But once engaged the ladies were very accommodating 👍

Receipt No. 8367 This purchase was an additional gift to my wife to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Once the item was chosen assistant asked we we would like a presentation bag and thinking this would be free we agreed. At no point was a charge mentioned or indicated. Offered a single payment to repair or replace damaged or unrepairable items as long as returned to this shop, I agreed to subscribe to. I thought that this was an agreement directly with Hinds. Once my personal information was entered into your computer system £150 87 payment was requested. At this time my wife re-entered the shop to find out why the delay. We both queried this sum as not adding up to the amount expected. The cost of the presentation bag was then confirmed. I would now ask for a refund on this item and the now-known insurance policy as this was not fully explained that this was an insurance policy. We frequented your outlet regularly when served by Dawn but on this occasion, the pleasure of this purchase seemed diminished and diluted. Later that afternoon I mentioned that I had been asked if we traveled by bus or car. It felt as if we had been taken for 2nd class customers. I would also ask that my personal information be deleted from your computer system. I look forward to your reply with interest. G.C. Catchpole

Disappointed I went to pick up my wife's new ring unfortunately it was too small. It won't even fit over her knuckle. Poor service.
