“STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND SUPPORTIVE. LOST MY WEDDING RING AND WAS ABLE TO GET MY SIZE AND CHOICE OF RING IN STORE ON THE SAME DAY. I WAS EVEN ABLE TO GET FREE PARKING AS A RESULT. MANY THANKS 😊”

“Lovely, friendly staff in the Scunthorpe store, who made the experience of choosing a wedding ring really special and personal to us. We were made to feel welcome the moment we walked through the door and they gave us all the time we needed to choose our special ring that complimented my engagement ring perfectly (also from F.Hinds, Meadowhall). We couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the rings are just perfect, love them!”

“The lady who served us in F.Hinds shop in Banbury was extremely helpful also very patient and her expertise and knowledge about the watches that we were viewing was brilliant. She helped us to choose the watch that we bought and measured and corrected the size to fit, expertley. We also had a lovely Valentine gift for my wife, in addition to my watch. She chose a watch from the range of gifts available at a very good price. It was an extreme pleasure to shop at F.Hinds yesterday the 5th February 2026. Thank you.”

“The Sales Assistant who served us in our F. Hinds store was amazing. She offered advice and helped my Son take his time on selecting a ring, which would be his Christmas present. She allowed him time to try on and compare different styles that he would be comfortable with, while giving him the space without pressure to make a decision...he is Autistic and the difference her individual assistance gave made my Sons shopping experience that much easier and stress free.”
