Ever since George Henry Hinds opened our first store in 1856, we’ve built our reputation on family values.

Now run by the sixth generation of Hinds members, we have over 1,000 incredible staff across 118 stores and our Uxbridge HQ. They may not all share the Hinds name, but they’re all part of the family. And that family feel is what makes the service we offer you so personal.

“As soon as I walked in, both staff members behind the counter greeted me. I explained that my son wanted his ear pierced and asked if we needed an appointment. They said they could do it in 5 minutes. Neringa did the piercing and she was so lovely with my son; explained everything to him, made sure he was happy with where she marked his ear, and went to great lengths to make him feel calm and comfortable. Overall a perfect experience. The whole team should be congratulated on their exemplary customer service. I have already recommended to a friend whose daughter wants her ears pierced.”
