“I called in at the Chippenham branch to look at christening bangles. The lady that served me was very good, asked me who it was for and the occasion. She showed me a good selection and I chose a suitable bangle and also arranged for it to be engraved at a modest extra cost. The whole experience was very good.”

“The initial experience from a sales perspective was great, however ever since then it's been extremely poor. A ring I purchased required a re-size. 3 weeks later (after being told it would take a week) and multiple calls later, we still do not have the ring. Staff seem extremely passive and seem to not have any urgency considering the price of the ring and the sentimental value of it. Again, the sales process was fine and helpful. Everything since has been below-par and extremely disappointing. The ring is beautiful however if I could re-purchase I would avoid F.Hinds.”
