“Had problem with ring ordered. Did not fit properly. Was told they do not do half sizes. And ring ordered came in slightly undersize. Got refund and placed new order. Ring fitted ok. Used Milton Keynes store. Found them helpful.”

“The first lady that helped me on sat was very helpful and also on the monday when I went back in with my fiance they were very nice . The only problem is that we have a bit of a wait to get my ring altered .”

“I visited the Meadowhall store where I was purchased a signet ring for my upcoming birthday by a member of my family. There was a wide choice of types for me to select from and the assistant was very helpful. Once I made my choice it had to be resized and then sent to the assay office for re-hallmarking. I was kept informed of progress and found the staff very helpful.”
