“I was looking for a gift for a work colleague and wasn't 100% sure what I wanted, only that I was looking for a silver bracelet with a specific budget. The gentleman who assisted me was very patient and showed me all the styles I asked for, and took time to help me try on each bracelet, not pressuring me at all into choosing any specific one but helping me when I asked for it. Not being pressured and having someone patiently assist me gave me the chance to choose the right gift and feel like I had made the correct decision when I made my purchase. I also purchased a gift bag and because the one he gave me had a fault, he kindly fetched another to be sure I was happy with my purchase. Thank you.”

“Already selected a window item,but when greeted straight away by eye contact led me to her counter & as she thought the chain looked shorter than as described she then measured it for a present.Then I had time to look in the display case and saw something else that I thought my daughter-in-law would like better reduced & rose gold my ideal gift & bargain price. I was very pleased.in and out in less than 30minutes.”

“Staff were very helpful and showed a lot of patience,as I feel I might have confused them slightly as to which wrist watch I required.Both the guarantee conditions were explained,and they said if there were any problems go back to the shop and the problem will be solved.The staff were also very jolly,it was a pleasure to shop there.The shop in question is in Newport SEast Wales.”
