“I was told that I would get a phone call when my watch came back to the shop. Unfortunately this did not happen and I had to phone to get an update and was told that my watch was already in Hinds Jewellery shop. It would have been nice to know that it was back ready for me to collect.”

“The 2 Staff members were so incredibly kind and helpful. I can't remember their names which doesn't help but both female. 1 lady had glasses and the other one had lots of ear piercings. The 1 with ear piercings was the 1 who served me on the till if you do have their names on their transactions whilst serving. Explaining andralock earrings to me as an alternative to lebret earrings as that was what I came in to buy for my little girl but staff members told me that they are only sold as singular ( could this be looked into for buying as pairs for the future ? ) I actually left with 2 pairs of andralock earrings for my little girl. Thankyou for your time today girls it was so nice to have some help. I hope this gets back to you ☺️”
