“Often passed this shop in Crystal Peaks shopping mall and looked at the window displays but never called in until I needed a new watch strap. I called in and was shown a large display which had the exact silver chain bracelet I wanted! The gentleman who served me was extremely friendly and helpful. My wrist was much too slim for the strap but no problem! He measured my wrist , took my watch and I left to carry on my shopping. On return he adjusted the strap to exact size and I left a very happy, satisfied customer! I was also told to return at any time should I have any problem.”
