“Ben was able to fit a larger sterling silver 'lobster' clasp on a necklace for me today. The necklace (not Hind's) had been badly finished off with a steel clasp. Now looks so much better and was only charged for the price of the clasp and not Ben's time. Ben was also very friendly and knowledgeable too. All in all, very pleased and top marks to Ben.”
