“Over the years I have spent a lot of money in your stores. Platinum etc Yesterday I was unsure but purchased a pair of mini mouse earings for a 6 year old. The sales lady they were purple,I did not think so. Also bought the insurance. The six year old, never touched them, she didnt like themselves she wouldn't wear them they never came out of the box. I took them back this morning. The male pointed out they don't refund on earnings. I couldn't believe no one had pointed this out before I bought them. Yes It does say on the receipt,which he pointed out. Yes he was probably doing his job. Surely a bit of trust and thought might have gone a long way. Why did I purchase insurance as the lady had said if lost one or broken .I they could be returned and exchange ?? Needless to say. I will NOT be purchasing from you ever again. I would like to know WHY you are selling insurance when clearly it can't be used, ls this a matter for trading standards ? What refund I refer to the next question??”

“Found the Yate Branch staff very helpful in helping me choose my Wife's surprise 60th Birthday present. They were very considerate as they could see i needed some professional guidance in selecting something appropriate. Very friendly and cheerful greeting when i arrived in the shop. and by the way, my wife loved the gift i chose!!! Satisfaction all round!!!”

“Great service in the Bristol city centre branch. Needed to have a watch battery changed and the staff member Shani was very helpful and friendly. Had some initial problems getting the case to open but her and another member of staff persevered and got there in the end. Went for the lifetime battery replacement plan which was very well priced.”
