Ever since George Henry Hinds opened our first store in 1856, we’ve built our reputation on family values.

Now run by the sixth generation of Hinds members, we have over 1,000 incredible staff across 118 stores and our Uxbridge HQ. They may not all share the Hinds name, but they’re all part of the family. And that family feel is what makes the service we offer you so personal.

“I have just collected a watch which I had ordered on line and was delivered into store. The service from ordering to collection was spot on. The watch arrived a day or two ahead of the due date and the service in the shop was efficient and friendly. Well done 👏”

“The only my reason I have given you a 4* instead of a 5* is The service I received was great, but I ordered an extra item that you did not have in stock, I paid for it in advance. I was told it would be in within a week, but we are now at 2 weeks and I have heard nothing.”
