“We visited the Trowbridge shop late one Friday evening. We received excellent customer service from the Manager who was extremely professional and really wanted to help us find the jewellery we required. This is the second time we visited the shop, in the space of a few months and cannot fault the service or the quality of the product.”

“I asked for the heart shaped ones but she gave me the princess cut ones-i was in a lot of pain and on medication that slows my thinking so didn’t twig until i got home-how do i rectify this as i want the heart ones please”

“Went into store after seeing what I wanted to look at and was served straight away, couldn’t decide between the 2 pairs of earrings so brought both, lady boxed them up and took me to a till and I paid, so I was in and out quickly and staff was friendly”
