Only downside is we had to wait 10 min. to get served, considered asking to the next jeweller, nearly did!
We spent over£400 so a reasonable purchase. Staff were helpful, watch strap was shortened efficiently and quickly and other purchases delt with efficiently.
Would recommend that staff in future when confronted with customers waiting to get served just make an announcement "sorry for the delay,we will be with you asap " or something along those lines.
