“Your piercer, Emily, was absolutely brilliant with my daughter. Actually she was great with us both as we both had a piercing. She had a really good manner in explaining all the details and was mindful that my daughter was nervous. She was so friendly and put her at ease. I would recommend her to anyone — she is so good at her job.”

“We travelled from Plymouth to Torquay to visit your branch as we don't have one. We were looking for a new engagement ring to replace my wife's original one. She wasn't sure what she wanted and asked the salesperson for some advice. She was very good with us and gave us lots of suggestions. We finally found one my wife loved and your employee ordered her size and took all our details so we can return to collect it in a few weeks. She was a very pleasant person with lots of patience, made us feel comfortable and she made our trip special .”
