“I asked for the heart shaped ones but she gave me the princess cut ones-i was in a lot of pain and on medication that slows my thinking so didn’t twig until i got home-how do i rectify this as i want the heart ones please”

“Went into store after seeing what I wanted to look at and was served straight away, couldn’t decide between the 2 pairs of earrings so brought both, lady boxed them up and took me to a till and I paid, so I was in and out quickly and staff was friendly”

“The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, when bringing my purchase home, one of the stones had already fallen out. It’s a big pain, as it’s for my Mums birthday present. I now have to go back to change it which is an inconvenience”
