Ever since George Henry Hinds opened our first store in 1856, we’ve built our reputation on family values.

Now run by the sixth generation of Hinds members, we have over 1,000 incredible staff across 118 stores and our Uxbridge HQ. They may not all share the Hinds name, but they’re all part of the family. And that family feel is what makes the service we offer you so personal.

“Visited today as I was Xmas shopping with my son, for him. We'd been around Dalton Park and bought a few things and had a small amount still to spend so stopped by purely by chance. He's never had jewellery before and caught his eyes on a necklace and ring and as we were looking and chatting a staff member came over and asked if we needed anything so we said yes please! I think the lady is called June and she was really really helpful, my son tried on the necklace and she helped with different ring sizes. Friendly, chatty, told me about the offer for a £10 gift card, which I received. We chatted at the till about nannas and how they spoil grandkids and how she's about to gain an (adopted) granddaughter and shared her excitement. Great experience from start to finish”
