“The only my reason I have given you a 4* instead of a 5* is The service I received was great, but I ordered an extra item that you did not have in stock, I paid for it in advance. I was told it would be in within a week, but we are now at 2 weeks and I have heard nothing.”

“Both my wife and I were very pleased with our visit to F.Hinds. The assistant was very helpful with the Bulova watch my wife had seen. The questions we asked were answered confidently and all the information we needed was gone through thoroughly. We came away very happy with our purchase.”
