“Superb customer service. I was unsure if my ring was able to be resized due to engraving all the way round and was assured nothing would be done without me agreeing to it. Have just collected my ring and it was able to be resized without losing any of the engraving and has been done to such a high standard I'm so pleased with it. Its also been polished and looks all shiny and new. Thank you for all your help.”

“Popped in today to get the battery replaced in my watch. The ladies who served me couldn’t have been more helpful. I left my watch, went to do some shopping and when I came back it was all done and the watch set to the right time and date. Excellent service, thank you.”
