“Very good customer service skills in shop by Rubina. For insurance purposes I would have preferred if the repair receipt was more detailed esp. The carat of resize gold used, hence 4/5 rating”

“Very pleasant and helpful staff yesterday, just as at my previous visit. Have collected my watch and hope the resizing of the bracelet (removing two sections) will help. Another watch has to go to HQ to fit the new battery as the staff is unable to remove the back. To be collected in due course. If we need a repair or advice Hinds is the place to go for fairness and honesty. The rest of the questions the answer is N/A since It was face to face service.”
