“You did not have an expandable strap for the watch l bought off of you and said you have weekly deliveries but probably WOULD NOT have one to fit great where do l go from here another jewellers l suppose shame .”

“Went to your Redditch store to collect a ring I reserved online and the lady who helped us, Sandra Murphy, gave us outstanding customer service. She was friendly, helpful and offered to clean the 3 other rings that I have purchased from you previously.
