“So obviously I wasn't the priority (on this occasion) although I was in December!!!! Yes, I get that there was a big sale happening when I was in the shop (and that wasnt me) But both sales assistants serving the one customer and others ignored was a bit of a downer. Yes we got there in the end. And I made a small sale. Really like the shop and there is always something that we'd like. Just service was a bit lacking this time”

“Found ring online but didn't have one in stock,visited shop to order ring and for sizing,staff were helpful and had a fair knowledge of item required,order went through smoothly and available for collection a day earlier than expected.collected without fuss,would certainly use shop again.”

“It was late this evening ,the shop is nearly close we arrived at20:30pm .I can see that the sales lady who assist us is tired but the smile on her face still brightens the customers as still a lot of customers were inside the shop .I an very please to the service that she provided .She was very kind to us and makes everyone happy inside the shop .Bless you and thank you so much”

“I visited the shop in Braintree to obtain a new battery for my watch. The shop was busy and I was not served immediately but the staff kept in touch when they would be available to serve me and apologised. The young lady who served me changed the battery and helped me set up a life time guarentee. So far the watch is running fine........”
