“I shopped in the Great Yarmouth branch and the sales assistant was very friendly and had great product knowledge. She suggested an item that I hadn't seen which was perfect. She also went into the stock room to bring me different items to view that weren't on display. A very positive shopping experience thank you”

“When I dropped off item got repair person was knowledgeable polite and clear. Took a time to do actual repair work. When called for update’s, the first time, staff were reassuring about how things were going. Second call staff appeared uninterested and had were not able to be clear about why it was still not returned When eventually returned to store staff member could not find it and was not able to give any information about the repair. Came across as very inexperienced When it was received it was repaired to a satisfactory standard.”
