“From the moment we arrived we were made to feel valued. Our moment of choosing an eternity ring was such a pleasurable experience. The sales assistant Leisha was patient and more importantly, honest which we appreciated. We ended up with something far better than we hoped for. My eternity ring really complements my other rings. Something that probably wouldn’t have happened without Leisha’s guidance. Then when we went to pick up the ring we had the same experience in that we were made to feel special and valued Thank you!”

“Lovely young lady served me bit the box for my purchase was broken and I was told well you either have it or not. Disgusting customer service from the gent and older lady. Disappointed is an understatement this is for a present and it looks like I purchased it from a jumble sale”

“In advance to my Grandsons short visit from Eire I as looking for a specific style - slightly old fashioned - wrist watch for his 18th. Consequently I visited several shops in Bristol area who all had suitable choices. However I found the range of choice at Hinds and support from their staff - especially the youngest who was morein touch with 'young thinking' - excellent. She catalogued my 'pre-selection' and we agreed that no prices would be displayed when I brought Deri in. He and I visted the other outlets first and left Hinds to last. He approved my and the young assistants choice and promptly selected the one we were sure he would go for. That is the third '18th' watch I have purchased over the nyears fom Hinds. Thank you. “I Just bought a Eternity ring at Hastings East Sussex. I ordered it for my wife's Birthday.The Diamond Ring was perfect. the young lady assistant was so helpful and ois a credit to F.Hinds.
