“Me and my husband were very pleased with the customer service provided at the High Wycombe branch. The lady in store helped us choose the correct size for the ring we were buying for our mother as a surprise gift. “Brought in my engagement ring to repair. Was given two weeks as timescales. Took a lot longer. The first time I enquired, I was told that you had needed to send away for a replacement stone. However, that should have been done as soon as I paid for the repair. And, then I had to telephone to find out if it had been done, as no email as promised. Pleased with the repair, but you need to do better at managing customer expectations.”
