“The counter assistant was nice and friendly but I wasn't pleased that they weren't able to just do a straight swap for faulty jewellery that was a couple of days over the 28 days, surely this is not the same policy as its not for a refund.”

“I use Hinds in Dover for all of my jewellery needs, I like how friendly and welcoming your staff are. They are so knowledgeable and helpful and give you as much or as little information as you require. Your made to feel so welcome. And nothing is to much trouble. Your jewellery is amazing too.
