“BOUGHT A PAIR OR SILVER HOOP EARRINGS. THE SALES ASSISTANT WAS LOVELY AND SHOWED ME THEM, (SHOWING HOW THE HINGE WORKS) WHEN I GOT HOME A FEW HOURS LATER I OPENED THE BOX TO FIND ONE OF THEM (HINDGE) WAS MISS SHAPED I RETURNED TO THE SHOP TO BE TOLD THEY NEEDED TO BE SENT TO HEAD OFFICE AND WOULD TAKE ABOUT 3-4 WEEKS. AS HAD NO PHONE CALL I RETURNED TO THE SHOP TO BE TOLD I COULD ONLY HAVE 25% ANYTHING IN SHOP. NOT THINKING (i THOUGHT EXCHANGE AND PAY THE DIFFERENCE) I ENDED UP ACTUALLY BUYING A MORE EXPENSIVE PAIR. SO ENDED UP PAYING WAY MORE THAN INTENDED...AND HAVING TO KEEP THE BADLY MADE ORIGINALS.....BUT ALL TOO MUCH OF A FUSS SO SORRY WONT BE BACK....SHAME.”
