“Just popped in for a new watch strap. The lady came over straight away and recognised the make of the watch, she asked if I wanted the same again and which colour. I replied yes and she found a replacement immediately. After checking against my old strap she went into the rear room and came back less than 5 minutes later - all done. As I was paying she took all my details on the system and advised me that there was a 1 year warranty on the strap. A very pleasant, efficient and swift service. Thank you.”
