“I was impressed with the service I received when I visited the Broad Street branch yesterday. I don't very often visit the town but I asked to see a particular tray of earrings, and the assistant was extremely kind and showed me exactly what I wanted.”

“Too short staffed. I have shopped there for many many years but staffing levels are not on a par with the queues going out the door or people I saw that left the queue not prepared to wait. The service is good if you are prepared to wait.”

“I took my 13 year old daughter to buy earrings came out with two sets of earrings and a packet of backs the staff are very friendly and helpful spoke directly to my daughter who was buying her earrings herself she left the store very happy with her purchases and will definitely buy her again 👍👍👍”
