I brought my Michael Kors watch in for a new battery. Been to collect it today and one of the hands on the chronograph dials has dropped off while in store. I've been told it can be fixed but will have to go to head office which can take two weeks and just to make it worse i was still charged for the battery replacement!

I came into get a new battery as my watch was loosing but still working fine. New battery installed left the shop only to find my watch was no longer working went back was told the battery is ok must be the watch but we don't repair this make anymore. Gave me my watch back & that was that. I would have expected the assistant to ask if I would like to look at some watches with the view to buying one but absolutely nothing. If I'd had time I would have gone elsewhere but I hadn't so looked in window on my way out & ended up having to buy a new one from the assistant who couldn't care if I was there or not.

I bought a watch for my husband for Christmas 2022, less than 6 months later the strap broke. Took the watch back to our local shop to be told the receipt/guarantee does not cover this. I wonder what would have happened if this happened just after Christmas. Never shop there again. Will be taking this matter further.

In buying my ring there were 3 interactions with staff. Two with myself (49 years old) and one including my daughter (18 years). The service I received was courteous, if somewhat perfunctory; whereas, the interaction with my daughter was disrespectful bordering on rude. I can only infer there was a subconscious agest bias, assuming it was acceptable to speak to her in a derogatory manner.

The ring ordered came in in the wrong size. Took advantage of the offer to get it resized which took 3 weeks and was wrong. The ring had been made bigger instead of smaller. Had it resized again. The size was now correct but the ring now looked too thin and slightly miss shaped. I decided to get a refund and buy a replacement. Unfortunately the only acceptable replacement cost me an extra £60. Won't be back.

I went into store today to get a click and collect item. There was one lady serving and the rest in the staff room talking with the door ajar. I managed to get the attention of one gentleman paid for my watch and was handed the receipt and item. I asked for a bag and was told there was no bags in store, no bags whatsoever, leaving me to walk around the shopping centre with a pricey watch set with no bag.

The staff who helped me with my purchase was great, and displayed strong customer service skills. The other staff one Man and Woman standing at the front reception were not helpful at all. When I pointed the watch I was going to buy and asked them to help me, the big fat man looked at the lady first with no smile and bad attitude and then looked after the staff who later helped me. Indirectly bith didn’t wanted to help and was pushing the other guy. Your staff must have thought we just doing time pass, very bad skill in customer service assuming that the customer not gonna buy the product. Plus I would also like to add that they were standing there with no smile on their face as if they doing a favour on customers. But thanks to the guy who helped us.

Firstly you have my name wrong. It's Thorpe not Thorke. Secondly had a replacement battery found once I got home, that the stop watch buttons are not working. Thirdly wasn't informed that once the watch had been opened they wouldn't garentee it being water proof.

I returned to the Stockton store to have the battery changed in my mum's watch as she has the lifetime watch battery replacement. The staff member was abrupt, unfriendly and not very helpful. I hate having to return to this store but having the lifetime battery replacement now means I have to return there each time.

I feel staff are not trained to similar levels. I went in and got a ring with the size I felt comfortable but when I went back to collect it I was told by a different member of staff that the ring was wrongly sized. I also felt rushed and wasn't given chance to look at the rings before the staff member would rush away with them. This made me feel like a criminal as if they thought that I was going to run off with the rings.

Ordered a watch on click and collect. Wasn't notified that it was ready for collection and when I got to the store I ended up with the watch that I had seen in the window the previous day so click and collect was pointless. May as well have gone in store and just bought the watch in the first place.

I Bought an Accurist 7204 stainless steel watch W10210 from you advertised at £169.00 reduced to 79.99 its all seems a bit BS as when I got home I did a google search of this watch and found its advertised online at not one but several places for £59.99 So not only do I feel its a false starting price but its also cheaper online. All in all I don't feel like I got a bargain at all and to be honest I feel like i've been done. Because of this I genuinely feel reluctant to buy again from you with this kind of marketing

I had a new watch strap fitted. The following day the pin came out of the strap attaching this to the watch face. Luckily i was at home and my watch fell on carpet. I am not happy that potentially i could have lost my watch and still could unless i get this fixed. The watch was a 50th birthday present and means more to me than the monetary value.

I was given a gift card when having ears pierced in November. This did not have an expiry date on it. When I tried to use today I was told it expired at the end of December. I was never told it was only valid for 2 months.

The gentleman who served me on Saturday afternoon was helpful and pleasant. I was exceedingly disappointed to arrive at the store in Trowbridge at 17.14 on Friday to be old by the young lady that my watch battery could not be changed until Saturday because the store was now closed. I therefore had to drive 13 miles home and make another special journey on the Saturday involving a 26mile round trip and an hour of my time that I had hoped would have been solved on the Friday afternoon. I was hugely disappointed at the extra fuel cost, loss of my time and environment cost. Yes, I apparently should have phoned in advance. I hadn’t expected clearing the store windows of items -the task I could see happening as I approached - to take precedence over serving real life customers. I considered taking my business elsewhere but specifically wanted a battery for life. I had been going to write a letter on Friday as I was so disappointed and upset. Not good customer service and my question ‘has the person who can change a watch battery already gone home?” Was not even answered. Happy to continue conversation
