Not really interested in making a sale No rush to come and help we had to ask for assistance. It would have been just as easy to walk out as opposed to making a purchase. Certainly no reason created to make us feel a need to revisit. What a shame

The service in the shop was OK. No engaged interaction with either assistant I saw they seemed uninterested and just going through the motions. I bought a ring and it needed resizing so they said it should take 3-4 days. so my email address and mobile number were taken and I was informed when it was ready they would contact me. A week and a half later I contacted them and it had been ready for a while. The assistant I saw again was totally disengaged and in fact, seemed a little frustrated to have their conversation with a colleague interrupted. My husband and I looked at each other thinking the same thing! We were not impressed.

The lady was very helpful with the purchase of my watch and talked to me about the different watchs then my wife wanted to buy a silver wedding scroll which was priced in the window at £12.99 but when got to the till it was £32.00 at that point she asked the manager what she could do and the manager was rude and refused to sell the item

My wedding ring was faulty, a diamond had fallen out of the band. So I returned to the original shop and unfortunately, the ring has been replaced rather than repaired. My new ring is beautiful, but the sentimental value of my original ring that my husband and I bought together, has disappeared. I was not advised that my ring would not be returned as it was sent off for repair. I would love to keep the original ring, if possible, I would be very grateful for it to be returned please.

Lifetime battery warranty on 2 watches since 2016. Batteries always last 1 and a half years. This time they broke a spring bar in the clasp and replaced it without asking. Therefore I was charged unexpectedly upon collection.

We purchased a gold mantel clock this morning but despite putting a brand new battery in, the clock time is not working. There are no instructions for the clock provided and none online that explain how to change the time. Disappointed in the item.

I collected a ring today that I had chosen with money I received from the passing of my grandma, I had taken nearly a year to find the right ring. I picked it up today after nearly a 4 week wait, at first I was so happy but since getting it out the box at home I have notice it has a diamond missing! This ring was bought for sentimental reasons and before even wearing it, it’s faulty!

Called in Wednesday morning for replacement watch battery,fitted while I waited,about five minutes. Put in my pocket, when I got home the watch was not working. Tried phoning several times,no answer. What's the point of a phone if you don't answer. I live at Pett,so not so easy to call back.

Unfortunately, less than an entirely satisfactory experience, due to a malfunction of your computer system. Eventually, when your employees were unable to confirm whether or not my credit card payment of £17.99 had been accepted, it was necessary for me to pay again. I am having to trust that if I have been charged twice, I will receive the appropriate refund.

Disappointed that manager is only person able to replace Gucci watch battery. The branch doesn't know when he will return as he has a family crisis to deal with. Naturally I'm sorry about that but I do think another member of staff could be trained to handle such gaps in service.

vISITED TO GET NEW BATTERY FOR WATCH. aSSISTANT SAID IT WOULD BE SENT AWAY TO HAVE IT DONE, WHEN PRESSED HE SAID THERE WERE NO TOOLS TO DO IT. tHEN SAID THE GLASS MIGHT GET BROKEN. I INSISTED ONE OF THE GIRLS HAD ALWAYS CHANGED THE BATTERY AND FINALLY THE LADY IN CHARGE TOLD HIM TO DO IT WHICH HE DID.nEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH A NEGATIVE ATTITUDE IN hINDS BEFORE, REAL TURN OFF.

I brought a waterproof watch in for a new battery and seal early this year. It has stayed dry until recently and then fogged up behind the glass face when exposed to a light splash of water. On inspection of the back I noticed the seal is actually hanging out. I’ve since misplaced the receipt for the 2 year warranty so I have no idea how to proceed. Many thanks, Kyle

Staff are extremely helpful and friendly, however I handed in my watch to have a new battery fitted, and it sadly got marked/scuffed. They sent it off for the marks to be buffed out, however my watch came back looking exactly the same as before which has been disappointing.

Younger assistant was very accommodating, but we felt that attitude of older assistant was unprofessional and not a good reflection of welcoming customer service. This was direct contact in the shop.

I had a new battery fitted to my watch today in your Torquay shop free of charge ( offer given at time of purchase) for which my partner waited which was very good BUT the back of my watch has been quite badly scratched.
