I went into store today to get a click and collect item.
There was one lady serving and the rest in the staff room talking with the door ajar.
I managed to get the attention of one gentleman paid for my watch and was handed the receipt and item.
I asked for a bag and was told there was no bags in store, no bags whatsoever, leaving me to walk around the shopping centre with a pricey watch set with no bag.
