“Nice staff but I'm sure the Earings I brought should have been £19.99 , I'm sure that's what it said on the ticket in the window but then was charged £29.99 ....I should have said something at the time but felt too embarrassed.”

“Brilliant, we arrived at the shop with 5 minutes to go before closing and the staff we so helpful and found what we needed. They did not rush us and got all the items out for us and gave us time to choose and what was even better was the product we chose when we went to pay was on sale.”

“I have been a customer of F. Hinds probably for at least 12 years, mainly for watches and batteries but also clocks and jewelry. As for watches and replacement batteries it is the only place I know that has a scheme in which having bought a first battery any others for that same watch are supplied free of charge. I have 4 watches which I have on that scheme. Excellent. The clocks and jewelry I have bought have also been excellent and bought at good prices.”
