“I ordered the engraved, personalised gift box containing a good quality bottle of Chateau neuf du pape for our friends' joint 70ths. Easy to order online, arrived in record time within 36 hours, and was well packaged and beautifully presented. They were both thrilled with such an individual, bespoke gift. Highly recommended, and as I am now a member of the concierge club, I will be ordering again!”

“This is my second time buying from Farrar & Tanner. The first item was great, hence my decision to repurchase the item as another gift. Instead, my item was returned without my permission, and now has delayed contact with the supplier. It is a gift which is now delayed, with no refund or extra value for an error I never made. I still am yet to have any idea on whether I get the item or at least the decency of a refund.”

As per our email, we are currently awaiting for the courier to update us, as they have opened an investigation for the delayed parcel. We have chased them up again this morning. As we are currently awaiting the courier’s investigation, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement just yet, as there is still a chance your parcel may be delivered. “Coference pad folder - leather. Ordering this to look as pro in my upcoming management level Job interview. It looks great and I'm sure it will convince the audience. Only development idea is to make left sheet pocket bit more spacy that I can put some A4 doc's more in.”

“Ordered a Premier Collection Taylors Eye Witness knife which arrived on time but with very slight damage to the presentation box. I explained the situation and it was quickly remedied with a replacement box being dispatched and recieved with a couple of days. Would definitely order again”

“Fastest service I’ve ever received- I ordered my son a chess set unfortunately I realised about 3 hours later I’d ordered the wrong set, by this time my order had already been dispatched ( including personalised plaque). I rang and spoke to Sofia whose customer service was incredible ( good old fashioned service that is sadly missing in most places nowadays). Correct order was placed - refund for incorrect set sorted. Sofia was so helpful and so friendly. The correct chess set arrived beautifully carefully packed and so quick. My son was delighted with this Persian brass chess set - it really is lovely. I cannot thank Sofia enough for all her help and excellent service from Farrar & Tanner. I cannot recommend them enough.”
