“Wonderful gift options ... exceptional customer service ... from first view of online shop to ordering (and customising!) a gift for my husband, the experience was pleasant and seemless. The option for the express delivery doesnt usually make much difference in my location, but this time, everything arrived perfect and in good time. Thank you to Farrar & Tanner...i will be checking in with you again soon to find more gifts for friends and family.”

“Pleased with purchase. Customer service were very good at changing personalisation after ordering. Arrived very quickly, the next day after purchasing express delivery. My only comment would be that the message chosen is not actually engraved on the product, as you would assume engraved to be, its printed on the surface which is not quite the same thing considering its an extra price add on. I was happy with the result nevertheless but would advise selling it as personalisation rather than engraving in the product description”

“Ordered a double wine box with personalised script. Fabulous quality. The boxes are lined with a baby blue material on mine. Along with the bottles I put in there was enough room for the waiters corkscrew I had also purchased. Made a beautiful birthday gift”

“Hi first time I have ordered wine over the net . Wanted something for my daughters birthday. She said the engraved boxes were very lovely. She said the Melbec was very nice . I cant comment but she knows her Melbec so I take her word. Melbec is lovely with a roast dinner.”
