“Very beautiful products and fast delivery. However, I gave 4 stars as my the purchase came incomplete. Instead of gift box the chess set came in carton box. I had email custom service and awaiting for the reply, let's hope the gift box will arrive soon. Otherwise, the products are amazing!”

“Delighted with the English Pewter Co. Pewter Captive Top Hip Flask with Black Leather Sleeve (6oz) that I purchased and had engraved for my husband for our Silver Wedding Anniversary. However, sooo disappointed with the cheap rubbishy funnel that came with it. Totally lets it down. Called customer services and spoke to a delightful lady called Zara who is sending me a different one.”

“The product was great and delivery very quick. The photos and preview lead you to think the words will be laid out on one line. Our words ended up on two lines and we would have done it differently had we know this/seen it properly on the preview. Apart from that it is a quality and well received product, maybe a little over-priced”

Glad to hear you are happy with the product. We are working with our website company to change the engraving set up so you can add in multiple lines, at the moment unfortunately we are reliant on the engravers to split as they see fit. Hopefully by your next visit this will be fixed! Thanks Matt
