“Good website and clear instructions on how to personalise items. Am improvement would be the ability to compare similar products (I was looking for spirit flasks and personal knives) as there is quite a range Despatched items quickly but Royal Mail seemed to send my parcel on holiday to various places around the UK before arriving safely with me.”

“I found Farrar &Tanner to have some lovely products and found the product I wanted for my husband for our Golden Wedding anniversary. I did speak to a salesperson who was very helpful and polite. Correspondence was good via email. The only problem was that it took a while for the product to be delivered”

“This was a close call getting the Wedding knief delivered in time for Thursday 05.08.21 I approached Farrar & Tanner Monday 2nd Aug 21 & submitted an order before 2pm to arrive the following day at the Hilton Greenwich. The wedding knife never arrived & knowbody from Farrar & Tanner contacted me to let me know why delivery had failed. On contacting Farrar & Tanner the following day, I spoke.to a lady can't remember her name but at that point I was very unhappy as there had been no delivery of the Wedding knife. The lady 1st apologised & explained the knife I purchased had been damaged but I should of been informed. She requested I choose another knife more expensive but not worry about the additional cost. The online lady assistant asked regarding the engraving to be put onto to knife & she said she would have it delivered next day by the wedding date in the morning before 9.30am. Well many thanks to that lady for insuring the wedding knife was completed and delivered to the hotel on the wedding day 05.08.21. Many thanks for her persistence, the wedding went to plan at Queens House Greenage, everyone had a memorable amazing day, many thanks to Farrar & Tanner the assistant was fabulous.”

“Pleased with the Prosecco and chocolate gift set, although the bottle didn’t quite fit into the wooden box, which meant it bowed the lid resulting in a small crack all the way down, it also meant the bottle was scuffed where the lid had rubbed against it. The recipients were still very pleased with it. So that’s all I can ask for.”
