“absolutely brilliant but would've liked the name and 50 encryption a bit bigger. Beautifully made and presented and looked an extremely tasteful present. Loved it and so did the recipient. Seems he'd bought similar from you himself in the past. Delighted.”

“I ordered an engraved hunter watch for my grandson’s christening. It was delivered very promptly and I was very impressed with the quality of the watch and the engraving. I would highly recommend Farrer & Tanner to my family and friends.”

“Lovely gift idea's, ordered engraved boxed wine as a birthday gift and Royal Mail failed to deliver twice as stated and a week later Martha on customer services was most helpful and stepped in to resolve the situation. Thank you”

“Ordered a gin glass which arrived safely and in one piece (I was a bit worried it may arrive broken through transit, you never can be certain), a beautiful glass which I’m glad I ordered, the picture on the site is accurate (some can be misleading sadly) and delivery was on time. Many thanks”

“It’s the first time I’ve used this company and was very disappointed the engraving on the glass was that tiny you needed a magnifying glass to see it. They refunded me the price of the engraving but it had already spoiled my husbands present from his children”

“**Updated review** This trug is very small! It is also not put together well. The stands are not level so it wobbles on a flat surface. Easy enough to fix, but I shouldn't have to. I was contacted by Farrer and Tanner regarding my review and they offered to replace or refund a portion of the cost. I opted for the part refund as I've repaired the item myself. Great customer service received, polite, courteous and prompt payment after we discussed the options. Would definitely use the company again.”

“The product was amazing and great quality, the personalisation was exactly as I wanted it, the gift wrapping was insane (and so smart - well worth the extra money), and I am so happy with the full experience (I actually think the cuff links box looks even nicer in person than on the website). “Stumbled across Farrar and Tanner looking for personalised gifts. I actually ordered the wrong thing but the results were perfect. Very well received. Speed and communication throughout was probably the best from any online company I’ve used. I’ll be ordering the wrong product again soon the complete a set.”
